DESDE MI TORRE: EL DÍA DE UNA ANDALUCÍA DESVALIDA



Hace justamente dos años, el 28 de febrero de 2011, escribí con dolor esta página que reproduzco por su vigencia y que, curiosamente, ha sido la más leída en la historia de este modesto voz blog, teniendo más de 5.000 visitas. Como la historia no ha cambiado para bien, sino todo lo contrario: con más aumento del paro, hasta alcanzar la tasa de desempleo cerca del 36 por ciento, la más alta de la Unión Europea, con más del 65% de jóvenes menores de 25 años sin saber dónde emplear sus manos; con el tema vergonzoso de los EREs, del que el Presidente Griñán quiere escabullirse a costa de lo que sea; con el empeoramiento indignante de la Sanidad; los recortes en los servicios de dependencia; el desastre en el sistema educativo y cientos de cosas más, entre las que  se encuentran, con letras mayúsculas, la habitual corrupción y el enriquecimiento de nuestros políticos, es lógico que el pueblo andaluz crezca, solamente, en la desconfianza en la clase política que jamás toma nota de las críticas y que se salta a la torera las más elementales reglas de gobernabilidad, después de que un pueblo depositara en ellos su confianza.

Nada ha variado de ayer a hoy. Y esto, creo yo, debería llevarnos siempre a una serena reflexión cuando llega la festividad del llamado "Día de Andalucía". Sigo preguntándome: ¿qué es lo que tenemos que festejar?


   Cuando llega este día y la Junta de Andalucía lo celebra a bombo y platillo, me paro a meditar pensando en qué hay que celebrar. Aquella ilusión colectiva del referéndum de 1980, que nos dejó un muerto en el camino, se ha ido desvaneciendo hasta convertirse en el fruto de un mal sueño al que podríamos llamar pesadilla. Como decía Francisco Rosell de Manuel Chaves, han sido treinta años de nada. Aunque afilando el lápiz, dándole la vuelta a la frase, podríamos decir que han sido treinta años de muchas cosas, de muchas desilusiones y desesperanzas.
      Los que siempre hemos creído en el potencial de Andalucía, en sus hombres y mujeres, en su cultura, en las ventajas de su diversidad geográfica, en su posible potencial económico, y en sus marcadas señas de identidad, nos hemos sentido estafados en estas tres décadas en las que sólo hemos podido contemplar la pérdida de nuestros activos en todos los órdenes, la implantación de una nueva dictadura disfrazada de un falso socialismo, el robo sistemático de las arcas públicas, la alienación de las personalidades, el culto desmedido al Poder, la vulgarización de nuestros más sensibles elementos, la indefinición de nuestro panorama socioeconómico, la orfandad de nuestros valores, la crecida del paro en oleada alarmante, el tunel sin salida de una juventud que se agota sin saber en qué emplear sus manos y su inteligencia, la miseria en la que viven miles de ancianos que sudaron para ver un mañana mejor, la falta de un esquema progresista, la justicia dormida y favorecedora de los poderes fácticos, el sarampión funcionarial de los recomendados, la necesidad, la miseria, la apatía, la indignidad de la clase política...
      ¿Esto es lo que hay que celebrar? 
      Se nombra a Alfonso Guerra -en estos días en los que ellos mismos se homenajean entre sí- como Hijo Predilecto de Andalucía para "reconocer a una figura de primer nivel en la escena política española en la transición", según Mar Moreno, consejera de la Presidencia, ignorándose, vergonzosamente, que él mismo había nombrado virrey a su hermano, propiciando el primer gran caso de corrupción política en nuestras fronteras naturales, sin que la justicia, por supuesto, se impartiera férrea como a cualquier hijo de vecino. Se le da este título a quien ha dicho -ignoro si recordando sus tiempos de actor y director del grupo Esperpento- que "Andalucía ha experimentado en los últimos 30 años un salto cualitativo excepcional". Y lo ha dicho sin ruborizarse, sin sentir la más mínima vergüenza. ¿Salto cualitativo en una región que "goza" de más de un millón de parados? ¿Salto cualitativo en una Andalucía que "contribuye" con más de un 20% a la suma del paro general del país? ¿Salto cualitativo en una región en la que más de 300.000 -casi una ciudad como Córdoba completa- no recibe ningún tipo de subsidio y "viven" de la pobreza más absoluta? ¿Salto cualitativo cuando el IFA (Instituto de Fomento de Andalucía) ha arruinado buena parte del tejido empresarial andaluz? ¿Salto cualitativo cuando contemplamos con estupor las subvenciones a  los propios familiares de los dirigentes, el fondo de reptiles, los casos de facturas falsas y los cientos de implicados políticos (que se irán de rositas) en malversación de fondos y caudales públicos, designaciones a dedo y otras tropelías?
      ¿Esto es lo que hay que celebrar?
      Si hace 31 años nos dicen en qué iba a acabar el salir a la calle con la más marcada de las esperanzas, de seguro que nos hubiésemos quedado en casa viéndolas venir. Les dimos a nuestros políticos un cheque en blanco que se han ido gastando a su antojo, volviendo el pueblo al sistema feudalista más oscuro. Estamos, como dice el gran periodista amigo, Francisco Robles, en un nuevo Régimen. No otra cosa es el sistema que nos gobierna. O conmigo o contra mí. La mentira sólo puede mantenerse un tiempo, pero a los gobernantes andaluces ya se le ha descubierto hace mucho y no pueden mantener el crédito.
      La vergüenza es parte de la conciencia del hombre, mas estos que nos gobiernan se han reído de nosotros, aunque ahora anden temerosos. En el fondo, saben que Andalucía es tierra brava, y que cualquier día, el que menos se espere, saldrá de nuevo a la calle como aquel 28 de febrero, pero ahora con la esperanza de echar de nuestra tierra, a la que tanto amamos, a tantos bandoleros como pisaron y esquilmaron su solar.
      Este sí sería un buen motivo para celebrar por todo lo alto el Día de Andalucía.
